This photo shows drilling the through hole for a set of magnum cross bolts.

The next step is to mill the seat for the cross bolt heads.

Some clients like to have the heads seated a bit deeper and capped with Gaboon ebony. It can be done either way. The steel cross bolt heads can be exposed or capped with ebony.
