I thought some of you might like to see the work bench lay-out. Here is a ‘birds eye view’. On the left is the stockmaking bench, with a stockmakers vise. The center bench is for assembly and disassembly. The un-carpeted bench on the right is for metalsmithing and general work. Over the years I have come to favor a clean and organized work area. It may indeed become a clutered mess for a few days when I am working straight though on a project; but I will always clean it up before I start on another project.
